19 e 20 de junho foi a exposicao dos quilts brasileirosdo grupo: "grupo brasileiro de patchwork e quilting de sao paulo" aqui no TEXTILE ART BERLIN. a exposicao foi um sucesso e eu fiquei super feliz com o resultado!o tema eh: "cartoes postais do brasil"e vc pode ver algumas fotos aqui:

ganhei os retalhos da minha amiga alice, que tb me ajudou na composicao das cores. a ideia eu tirei de um livro japones e os lindos e perfeitos bordados em blackwork foram feitos pela minha camillinha!!!ainda nao esta pronto mas estou encantada com ele!

got the woll scraps from my dear friend alice, who also helped me on the color composition. the idea for the quilt i got from a japanese book. the blackwork embroidery was very precisely made by my daughter; camilla! it's not all done yet, but i'm already thrilled with it!!

esta caixa de costura comprei da christine bell, é linda! é uma saco onde vc pode colocar seus trabalhos e na base tem uma caixa forrada.
i bought this beautiful sewing box/tote from christine bell. it's a kind of a sack where you can keep your "wip" with a hard box on the base.
ich habe diese niedliche nähkästchen von christine bell gekauft!



estou meio cansada de fazer blocos, resolvi fazer algo novo. como meu velho ferrinho de viagem que fica do lado da minha máquina de costura quebrou, resolvi comprar um novo, desta vez tem até vapor. fiz entao uma bolsinha p carregá-lo. o molde foi a alice quem me deu e otecidinho foi a marisa!!
i'm somehow tired of making blocks! since my old travel iron which i keep beside my sweing machine broke down, i bought this new one, and decided to make a carry bag for it!
ich habe irgenwie genug vom blocks nähen. da mein altes reisebügeleisen das neben meiner nähmaschine immer bleibt kaputt gegangen ist, ich habe mir ein neues gekauft, diesmal sogar mit dampf! ich habe für das kleine bügeleisen eine tragetasche gemacht. schnitt und stoff sind die geschenke von meinen brasilianischen freundinnen.
